Refund & Exchange Policy

• Valid cancellation requests will be refunded through the original payment method, bank transfer, or credited to the Doctor365 wallet (if applicable).
• Refunds are generally processed within 3 to 5 working days.
• Doctor365 is not responsible for delays caused by payment gateways or banks.
